uses GIESSER KNIVES
Cologne, 5th Oct. 2004
The final cooking competition for the 5 German candidates was held at the SAS-Radisson Hotel. Here it was to be decided who will join the most important cooking competition worldwide: the Paul Bocuse "Bocuse d'Or" which will take place at the end of January in Lyon/France. For a perfect cut you need perfect knives - this is why all competitors use GIESSER knives.
The winner of the German team will be announced at "Brenner's Parkhotel" in Baden-Baden early November - and all of us at GIESSER MESSER keep our fingers crossed for Lyon!!
